Welcome to online booking for my massage practice at Confluence Clinic in Dawson City Yukon! I am pleased to offer massage therapy services starting May 15th 2023.

I offer direct billing to many insurers including Blue Cross, Canada Life, Green Shield, Sunlife, Manulife and others. Please be in touch to find out if I direct bill to your insurer. Please note: it is the client’s responsibility to find out how much coverage they have available before their treatment and ensure they have a back-up payment method available to cover the full cost of the treatment. Not all plans allow direct billing for massage therapy. In this case you will be provided with a receipt you can submit to your ensurer for reimbursement. I do not have access to general information regarding your health plan.

Regarding infectious disease protocols: PLEASE CANCEL your appointment if you are ill with cold, flu or covid-19 type symptoms. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE in this circumstance and I will reschedule your visit at a time when you are likely to be well again. Medical masks are NOT required during your visit. However I ask that if you have been recently exposed to anyone with cold, flu or covid-19 type symptoms whether you are ill at all yourself, out of courtesy for your practitioner, please let me know so I may choose to wear a mask during the treatment for my own health. If you are someone who has vulnerable health and would prefer to wear a mask and /or have me wear a mask, let me know in advance and I will do so.

Diana Buckland
(She/Her/Hers) RMT

Diana Buckland is a massage therapist registered with the College of Massage in BC since 2013. She has traded in the rainy, mild winters of the southern BC coast and is excited to now call Dawson City home. The community spirit of the City is legendary and she is pleased to be able to offer her services here. She loves the outdoors and looks forward to snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and exploring the remarkable landscape and history of the region. She is particularly anticipating seeing the northern lights for the first time. She is grateful to live and work on the traditional lands of the Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in.

Diana is able to address a number of musculo-skeletal pain and dysfunction conditions as well as systemic health issues safely and effectively. Her massage style encompasses a mix of traditional Swedish oil massage with myofascial and trigger point release techniques and often includes passive and active stretching.

Diana is trained in the “client-centred” treatment model which puts your issues and concerns front and centre–she strongly encourages clients to be active participants in their own recovery and well-being and co-creates treatment and home care plans which are simple and easy to integrate into daily life.
